WITHDRAWAL POLICY

Right of Withdrawal

Consumers generally have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

However, the right of withdrawal does not apply to the supply of goods which are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly. This applies in particular to our chilled tempeh products, which can only remain in perfect condition if the cold chain is maintained.

As our products are chilled and perishable food items, no right of withdrawal applies to these orders.

Consequences of Withdrawal

Since the right of withdrawal is excluded for these goods, the corresponding orders cannot be withdrawn.

Note for Customers

We ship our tempeh products carefully chilled and in a way that aims to maintain the cold chain as reliably as possible until delivery. Please check your delivery immediately upon receipt and store the products according to the instructions provided.
